Recommended cloud server plans
We earn commissions when you shop through the links below. It never changes the order of plans. How this works
Kamatera sells configurable cloud servers; the catalog lists the three recommended plans on its pricing page: Basic with one Type A vCPU and 1 GB, and Standard and Pro with two Type B vCPUs and 2 GB or 4 GB, all with 20 GB of NVMe SSD and 5 TB of traffic.

How these plans differ
Type A is the budget Availability CPU type, and Type B is described by Kamatera as general purpose with dedicated CPU threads, so the plans are not the same kind of vCPU. Kamatera also lets you configure other CPU types, core counts, memory and storage at other prices, which the catalog does not model. Servers are unmanaged unless you buy Kamatera’s separate managed service, and extra traffic is $0.01 per GB.
Capacity figures are provider-published values. CPU allocation and management scope are listed with each plan in the catalog; equal RAM does not imply equal performance.
